Porter Planning is a town planning consultancy founded by Teri Porter in 2019. Teri has over 20-years experience of working in the planning profession across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

Teri qualified as  Chartered Planner in 2000 whilst with James Barr Chartered Surveyors. Following a period specialising in telecommunications with Stappard Howes and Vodafone, Teri joined CBRE to focus on general practice working within their Scottish and London business. Teri headed up CBRE’s Planning and Development team in Scotland prior to establishing Porter Planning.
